Be sure to save the picture somewhere on your computer, USB memory, etc...

No commercial use. Examples are, but not limited to:
♦ Reproducing and selling the artwork.
♦ When you receive profit in the medium where you're using it and/or as a way to get attention (like Patreon, YouTube videos, a banner of a personal site, business cards...) -
I reserve the right to increase the price for more detailed drawings.

I reserve the right to cancel your commission if there are any complications.

Unless you state so in the "Other" section of your form, I may slightly modify your color palette. But it would only be slight changes.

As an artist, my art is constantly evolving, so there might be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive (line-art style, coloring method, composition...). They are very slight changes, but please keep that in mind. I also experiment with different styles when I can.

By commissioning me in any way, you automatically accept my Terms of Service and are obligated to follow them. You're also promising you won't request any Paypal chargeback.

As the artist, I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with it, in example (but not limited to);
♦ Post/display the picture anywhere I want (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters).
♦ Promote me with it in any place.
♦ Offer the digital files on Patreon, Gumroad, and similar sites.
♦ Publish books with it.

As a commissioner you may:
♦ Repost the art on other sites with proper credit to my gallery or page (with no profit purposes).
♦ Print the art and even make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale.
♦ Use it as decoration for your deviantART profile, Facebook avatar, Skype... as long as it's a personal account and you're not making any profit with it.

You are NOT ALLOWED to:
♦ Change, modify, trace or use my works without my permission.
♦ Reproduce the copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning making money of it in any way)
♦ Take credit for the art.
♦ Remove my watermarks /signatures.

If you wish for your commission to not be uploaded anywhere on the internet I'll charge you an extra 5% fee of the total price.
If by any case you wish to "un-private" that commission in the future (so you can upload it somewhere), you just have to send me a note or message, however, there will be no refunds for the extra private fee. -
On the other hand, I don't publish all my public works to my gallery. If you wish for the certainty that it's published, feel free to ask. There's no extra charge.
Ordering/Payment Proccess

I will only accept Paypal.

I require half the payment before I start the artwork, half before I send you the finished piece.

Paypal payments will only be accepted in USD unless I give you other instructions.

There are currency converters such as this one.

I will request payment. Don't send me the payment, this avoids accidental transactions

Paypal fees are included. What you see is what you pay.

Once the payment is cleared and you have given me the details: you will be added to my to-do list!

You must wait until I accept your commission before you make any payment, and wait for instructions
Work Speed

I will try to finish your pic ASAP, however, please be patient with me. From the moment I start working on your illustration, I will aim to finish your illustration within 3-7 days, but it may take longer. The more people there are ahead of you on the to-do list or if you order more than one illustration, the longer it will take to complete. Check my waiting list to see where your commission is, in regards to the production phase.

I also have other schedules to keep with, and because of this the number of slots I can make available is small - which also cuts down on time I can spend on commissions.

The most you'll have to wait for your commission is 3 months (this is a worst case scenario, but be prepared to wait that long).
***Of course, if Collab Commissions are a different story, my partner has their own life and schedule, but I'll do my best on my half so your wait time is as short as possible. -
I tend to work when I feel most motivated so that your commission is done properly and with my best effort!

If something comes up and there is a delay, I will always keep you updated.

You may ask how your commission is going whenever you'd like, but do not request extra WIP updates.

If you need your commission to be made by a certain date (example; the commission is a birthday present for someone) you must state it in the form. An extra fee may be charged due to giving your commission priority.
Changes/Refunds

Once the picture is finished, I can do small changes such as color adjustments and/or adding tiny details I may have forgotten.

I will accept a maximum of 3 important changes (Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw parts of the picture). After the 3rd change, I have the right to decline any further changes or to charge you an extra fee per every change.

If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee. Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.

I can refund 100% of the payment, but only if I have not started the sketch. Once I have started the sketch I can refund 50% of the payment. Once I reach the line-art stage there will be no refunds.

You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payments are received.

If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
Also note that you will be blocked and you won't be able to purchase anything from me anymore (commissions, adopts...).
Your name and info will be publicly posted everywhere for others to watch out.
